Cody grew up on a farm in the small town of Winn, which gave him an appreciation for everything that the Maine Outdoors has to offer. Whether he is horseback riding or hiking the many scenic trails that his home state boasts, Cody still spends as much time as possible in nature. His favorite part about Maine is the diversity of its many regions, each having something different to offer to visitors or prospective residents. Cody was introduced to the world of real estate at a young age and always had an interest in pursuing it professionally. After obtaining his business degree, he took the sales agent course and joined the Maine Outdoor Properties team, eventually obtaining his Associate Broker license. While he has helped both buyers and sellers with land, camp, and home purchases, Cody specializes in land-based transactions. He currently resides in the Bangor area, which makes him central to many different parts of Maine.
